Gravel extraction in the north of the Rupertiwinkel region has given holidaymakers and locals in Fridolfing a new lake, which, thanks to modern facilities, has become the region’s most popular spot for active swimmers. Two bathing platforms on the lake, beach volleyball courts and dedicated barbecue areas, as well as excellent dining options, have ensured a relaxed atmosphere at Fridolfinger Lake for years – 
and admission is free!

The lido at Lake Fridolfing is free to use and features an 82,000 m² sunbathing area with a wide range of leisure activities, including a new pump track, beach volleyball courts, a spacious water playground, facilities for barbecuing and fishing, and football pitches.

You can treat yourself to some culinary delights at the lakeside bistro ‘Leck o Mio’, which offers a magnificent view of the lake and the mountain backdrop.
